You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to promptly update such information if it changes. k677rr relies on your registration information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. k677rr will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, k677rr's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform — whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the net deposits made by you to your k677rr account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₱10,000.
k677rr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill. This limitation applies regardless of whether k677rr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
k677rr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for service disruptions arising from factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, force majeure events, acts of government or regulatory authority, or third-party payment provider outages.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and k677rr, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting k677rr's customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
k677rr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, or formatting changes — may be implemented immediately without prior notice.
Your continued use of the k677rr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
